4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a student I can say that this school is great. Some of the reviews on here are irrelevant and mostly wrong. And with some pure stupidity without knowledge of the school most wouldn't want to go here. Most of the teachers are great and give full attention to all of us. My only problem is the "honors" system they have is quite pathetic and classes are packed ( 30 kids per honors class. ) As with most schools the lunch is nothing to brag about I honestly pack my lunch but I have eaten it and it isn't that bad. This school is one I would highly recommend.Student Review8y ago - Pakanasink Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOverall, it has been a horrible experience. The teachers to date have been great and I don't blame them. The principal and assistant need to be reevaluated. They should stand by their school districts motto on anti bullying and also stop trying to pass the buck and take responsibility. THEY are responsible for our kids safety and well being when in their care.Parent Review5y ago - Pine Bush Senior High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI graduated from Pine Bush High School in the spring of this year, and now I'm a freshman in college. Pine Bush has the potential to be a much better school than it is. I feel as though STEM classes at PB don't prepare students to be competitive at the college level. There's so much administrative and bureaucratic red tape holding both students and teachers back. Oftentimes it seems the administration is out of touch with the students. Great principal, though, he really seems to care about the students at PBHS. There being said, there are some great teachers at Pine Bush, to the point where you'd be hard-pressed to find better teachers elsewhere. Naturally, there are some mediocre teachers. Extra-curricular activities took a hit with budget cuts, it might be a while before we get back a lot of the clubs we used to have, although it's looking optimistic. Speaking of budget cuts, one of the biggest mistakes the administration made was getting rid of the IB program a few years back without replacing it with sufficient AP classes. There are a total of only 5 AP classes available to students, and college classes that are available are getting harder and harder to transfer.Student Review10y ago - Check out schools near 82 Greenway Terrace.

"Living in Bergen Street you have to be use to sirens, All kinds all times, also you need to mk 90,000 to live in Bergen Street an w. Bigalow, I live down the street, the area is not bad an parking is getting really scarce🥲"

"if you like run down trailers high grass lots of wild roaming dogs then this place is for you!some of it is well kept but this trailer is on junk yard lane and condemned house rd. so much trash and terrible roads price to rent way too high for the condition of neighborhood "

"Private but close Great views Not easy with little kids but the trade off is the feeling of more privacy and views. All of sb is a privilege to live in. The mountain side gets more sunshine especially in the winter and mornings. It's close to trails but only 7-10 min drive from the beach. Almost everywhere in Santa Barbara is under 15 min anyway. It's a magical bubble of a place to live. "

"Homeless treated better than folks paying all the taxes. City officials don’t care and waste money. Taxes to high, and pushing out businesses. So much waste of taxpayer dollars!"
