Its close to Corey Beach and Park, libraries and the game farm. It’s a great place to raise a family and also to retire. There are many 55+ communities in the area."

    "Been looking at homes in this area and I am impressed. Family oriented, incredible brand new school, clean streets and tons of cul-de-sacs. Homes are sizable and well kept. No commercial traffic flows through the neighborhood, only residents drive through these streets. Land is still available at premium prices catering to wealthy buyers to put up 5000sq ft plus homes. This area will be the next big boom for desirable places to live. It was ranked one of the hottest neighborhoods in the USA a few years back. Known as the Gateway to the Hamptons, Manorville is only 10 minutes away from the Hamptons, 20 minutes from Ronkonkoma train station if you work in NYC, 7 minutes from the large Tanger Outlets, 30 minutes from beautiful Vineyards on both north and south forks of Eastern Long Island, and the list goes on... You have everything to your disposal within 8 minutes in every direction and still have the beautiful privacy of your street when you return home. If I can afford it, I would definitely want to raise my family there. And when the kids are all grown up, I'd stay and retire there too. Peaceful, no light pollution so you'll be able to watch the stars all night... it's amazing. I want to buy that house for 1.49 million on F airfield Manor so bad...it's incredible. I looked at it about a week ago and WOW. Can anyone lend me a few dollars? If you can afford it, it's the place to live... really. Joseph "
