"Not unique anymore most of original residents migrated elsewhere. Big corporations took over. It’s gentrified. "

"I just moved here for temporary And it seems like a nice neighborhood. I like that the park is right down the block. The location is not too far from the hospital or the Bronx and midway through so Manhattan is express all the way down.. seems safe even though there’s a correctional facility not too far."

"they would like that there are so many dogs to interact with and they would also like the dog parks. they may not like the leftover food always on the ground for their dog to pick up, or the people who dont clean up after their dogs"

"This community has many great things for its residents. A big flaw are the dirt bikers who ride up & down the streets creating havoc. There needs to be a visible presence of police to curb street noise from the far too many clubs & bars!!! "

"Really great for commuting to work if you live midtown or downtown. I actually live on 135th and have access to the B,C,2 and 3 trains. Also, 125th express trains are a quick walk as well. "
