"Certain blocks have block parties at various times of the year, especially in summer. It'll be a rotation of blocks so you'll see different streets participate. "

"1.5 hour commute to downtown NYC. Two fare zone but you’ll get a seat because you’re far out. Buses are slow so I take the mini van cab service."

"The Long Island Rail Road is in walking distance, the surface line bus is only a few blocks away as well. However the bus to the NYC Train adds 1/2 an hour to your commute "

"An old neighborhood, most people have raised their families here. Safe- I'm often outside as late as 3A walking my pup. Folks know each other and are very neighborly. Perfect location, 4 min walking to LIRR, and Q85 bus at the end of block, a block away from Belt Pkwy and Conduit. "
