3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAn Institution that supports terrorism within its hallways and perpetrated on it's staff and students. The principal needs to be reassigned at the very least if not terminated from employment in this antisemitic institution. The FBI and police need to intervene here. This is NOT a safe place for your children.Other Review4mo ago - Ps 99 Kew Gardens

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is a fantastic school. The principal, vice principal , teachers and the administration work like a well oiled machine. They are all available to have a chat with toh or work with you in weekdays and weekends even. Focus on academics is exemplary and teachers are so supportive. Amazing school!!!Parent Review1y ago - Jhs 190 Russell Sage

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGreat school! I had low expectations at first but it's actually a great school. The learning methods are amazing and they prepare you for any test. The teachers are all kind and compassionate although sometimes they leave a bit too much homework but it's nothing you can't deal with, after all, it prepares you for a high school and college environment. Yes, it is stressful sometimes but get used to it. Every school is stressful, procrastination is very common but you manage to get along very well. Now, I am in honors and the students I know are all respectful. I don't know about the other classes if they get bullied. However, I am very sure, that when a kid gets bullied and tells the dean or a teacher, the situation is handled excellently. Yes, the environment is also completely different from elementary schools but ignore it. Kids that age behave differently as they go through change, some are even annoyingly vulgar, don't lose your cool (it's not worth it) Find some good friends who you can trust are responsible and together, you will definitely thrive. Also, don't just focus on studying and not form any friendship because you think they will distract you. I did that in the first year. Awful. I couldn't keep up. With friends, if you have any doubts on a subject, ask for their help. everyone must help each other.Student Review3y ago - Check out schools near 123-35 82nd Rd #7L.

"Forest park is a beautiful park in this neighborhood, generally speaking the neighborhood is safe however since it’s a nice neighborhood there are a few bad apples that come to thieve at night and break into cars. The courthouse is right down the block as well as the DAs office and FBI offices as well. It’s a very quiet neighborhood however Austin Street in Forest Hills is not too far and walking distance from most places in Kew Gardens which is a hip area for young people in their 20s and 30s."
