"Great neighborhood close to the train station close to all the groceries stories. Buses run both on hillside and Jamaica ave not to mention if interested in dollar cabs on the Jamaica ave to help get around faster. C town nearby deli around the corner"

"There are very low quality schools here and any commute to a better school will be difficult. As well, there are few activities for kids here with exceptions for the YMCA nearby in New Hyde Park and Cunningham up francis lewis boulevard."
