8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGreat teachers for the most part. Mrs. Careddu is wonderful and effective as principal. The one downside is the PTA which could be more inclusive. 60+ percent of the student body is Asian but there are never any fundraising activities at Asian places and the PTA board members are very rude to Asian parents even when you're trying to volunteer. They speak to you as though you're a child. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Hope this changes in the new school year.Parent Review1y ago - Irwin Altman Middle School 172
