"In my neighborhood, dog owners use dogs to guard the house. Dog owners like that my neighborhood have a lot of pet stores and parks such as Petco. My neighborhood doesn’t have a lot of rules when it comes to dogs, so they dog owners have a lot of freedom. Dog owners don’t like that my neighborhood is loud. Since it’s loud, the dogs like to start barking which gets very annoying."
