"Convenient location centered in the crossroads of 3 major arterials, subway and bus within a 2 block walking distance, 3 adjacent shopping centers in the vicinity with plenty of places to dine and hang out. Only problem with a neighborhood so rich in amenities and conveniences like this one is the crowds and noise. Bottom line is, convenient and amenity rich, but also crowded and noisy, and therefore sometimes dirty and filled with rude and loud people."
