Description

Lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with all the features you could ask for: hardwood floors, three large bedrooms, southern exposures, tons of light, a large balcony, en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom, washer and dryer in the unit, open plan living, storage in the building, and even deeded parking! The unit has very low taxes due to a 421-a tax abatement that continues for another 15 years. The combined taxes for the apartment and the parking are only about $250/month, and the combined common charges for apartment and parking are under $525. The location is super convenient: 3 bus lines within a couple of blocks, Grand Avenue and Queens Blvd are both nearby, offering tons of shops, restaurants and conveniences, and the M/R subway line is very nearby. This is a great apartment!

"Convenient location centered in the crossroads of 3 major arterials, subway and bus within a 2 block walking distance, 3 adjacent shopping centers in the vicinity with plenty of places to dine and hang out. Only problem with a neighborhood so rich in amenities and conveniences like this one is the crowds and noise. Bottom line is, convenient and amenity rich, but also crowded and noisy, and therefore sometimes dirty and filled with rude and loud people."
