The apartment is located on a quiet street in the heart of the Elmwood Village within walking distance of the all the great shopping and dining. The unit also has a good size kitchen, dining room and living room. The new replacement windows and furnace will help control your heating bills in the winter months (budget billing heat is about $100 per month). It also includes separate washer and dryer hook-ups.

The monthly rent is $1575 and includes water all other utilities (gas, electric and cable) are paid by the tenants. Pet are allowed for an additional deposit and monthly fee. The unit is non-smoking and the building is smoke free.

The apartment isn't available for viewing until the end of September. As part of the application process all adult occupants (18+) need to complete a rental application and provide income verification. Please add a note stating the primary applicates name if you are a co-applicant.
