    "Very friendly neighborhood, has been gentrifying the past few years and new restaurants and stores pop up frequently nearby. The north side is pretty safe and close to a really wonderful and large park full of amenities and trails, but the cemeteries are also nice neighbors, beautiful and peaceful, and Forest Park is not far either. Easy access into city via the J/Z, also Bushwick, Ridgewood, and Gateway easily accessed via the B13 bus. The beach can be reached pretty quickly via the express bus up in Woodhaven. The south side of Cypress Hills (Atlantic and down) is a little more iffy, but changing. "

On Arlington street, which is housed by many detached mini mansion from the 1900s with drive ways. Family oriented neighborhood, It’s up and coming also is experiencing gentrification, which is a great thing! Restaurants are popping up, not to mention the J train only within walking distance easy transfer to A,C at Broadway Junction. Also conveniently locates is a major high way Jackie Robinson. There is also beautiful Highland Park, which hoses dog parks and bike lanes. If you want to explore the park more there is a beautiful Reservoir, golf court as well. Cypress Hills is one of Brooklyn’s best kept secrets where you can find a home with front and back yard and a huge roomy home to live in under 2ml with already done renovations! Gives me that Ditmas Park vibes Which is saying a lot for Brooklyn! "

    "I live by Highland Park. The community and local politicians strive to making community a better place to live. The park has had renovations which include bicycle paths, running tracks,parks for kids and many types of sports activities. Yes there are people in the area that are not contributing to making ENY a better place to live but as residents need to pay attention and weed out this problem."
