    "There is an area of private housing near the New Lots L train station, it is quiet generally but there are some people like playing loud music and party all night during weekends and holidays. Making complain calls to 311 all the time, but no cop come to check it out, they definitely do not care about it, definitely avoid it if you like quiet enviroment."
