3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI had two children in this school and it was absolutely horrible. Teachers are impossible to get in contact with. The only time you actually do hear from a teacher is when something negative happens with your child, and even that takes them time. They do not allow children to use the restroom, drugs are rampant, there are gangs and bullying. This schoolneeds more teachers, more guidance counselors and a better relationship with the parents. I am not the only parent with complaints.Do better.Parent Review6mo ago - Jhs 227 Edward B Shallow

"The community is diversified and transient. It could be better if neighbors would work together to keep the area clean and clutter free. Ie not hanging food products or laundry in the front of their homes creating poor curb appeal. "
