Live among the treetops in this bright and airy one-bedroom coop with private roof deck less than 200 ft from Prospect Park.

Upon entering this pet-friendly top-floor apartment, you'll notice the high ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, and sunlight radiating from three skylights and three exposures. The bedroom and living room sit on opposite ends of the apartment providing quiet and privacy on one end while allowing for dining and entertaining on the other. The spacious living room/dining room opens up into an updated kitchen with quartz countertops and energy-efficient appliances including a Bosch dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer. Down the hall you'll find a large and bright windowed bathroom and a walk-in closet (with its own skylight!) which can easily double as a home office. In the bedroom, take in the refreshing cross-breeze as you sit in the South facing built-in bay window seat looking out onto beautiful brownstones on the quiet treelined street below.

You can breathe easily knowing this apartment is energy efficient and eco-friendly: it has its own tankless water heater, mini-split heating and cooling system, and an energy-recovery ventilation system that reduces energy consumption and provides continuous fresh, filtered air. And if it's fresh air you're looking for, you have plenty of options with your own private roof deck upstairs and Prospect Park just at the end of the block.

Need more space? The building offers private basement storage for each unit. What's more, this beautiful barrel-front limestone is less than a block away from stellar restaurants, shops and boutiques and a few blocks from the F/G trains at 9th Street and 15th Street stations.

There isn't enough space on the page to highlight all of the wonderful features of this charming apartment. Schedule your appointment today to experience them firsthand!

"Please don’t bring more dogs to this neighborhood. We already have enough and owners already do a very poor job of either 1) picking up after them or 2) keeping them leashed. Saw a dog unlawfully unleashed in the park destroy a tree the other day. Continually have to ask owners to not let dogs defecate on our fenced sidewalk gardens. Just don’t. How hard is it? "
