"Great way to live in NYC, have a nice home, dog, big park, and raise kids. We’ve lived here for 15 years, having moved from the East Village. Great neighborhood to build a family."

"Please don’t bring more dogs to this neighborhood. We already have enough and owners already do a very poor job of either 1) picking up after them or 2) keeping them leashed. Saw a dog unlawfully unleashed in the park destroy a tree the other day. Continually have to ask owners to not let dogs defecate on our fenced sidewalk gardens. Just don’t. How hard is it? "

"Great public schools. Safe neighborhood. Overpriced rent. Prospect Park is the big plus. Many businesses turning over for the past few years. Good businesses being priced out. Too many nail salons and the like popping up. Neighborhood losing its character from commerce point of view."

"Prospect park is right at the peak of the neighborhood and many people walk their dogs there. They have a “dog beach” at the foot of the lake near the baseball fields and at certain times of the day you can let your dog off the leash and run freely. "
