Prior to PS 78 she attended a different elementary school in the area, which so horrible and not focused on the quality education of its students. However after transferring to 78 her whole outlook changed and her grades improved tremendously. I would like to say that the teachers and staff are the best. I rate the a great big 10. There is no founding leadership and value from staff for the students to patternize.
