Didn't really seem to care about the students I even got detention once because my mom bought me a uniform without a collar a simple mistake. "The neighborhood gives you easy access to the east side of Manhattan. Crosstown travel is difficult. Sometimes there is violence in the area (fights etc.) but overall I feel safe living here."

"I lived here for more than 10 years and it’s horrible the school graduation percentile is low and it’s a loud area kids getting hurt I dnt send my kids outside by themselves no matter the age "

"It’s close to public transportation. The 2 train is a 15 min walk away and the 6 train is a 10 min. Walk away. Hunts point also has a unique park with a floating pool"

"this area is a population explosion about yo happen with 3 major residential developments under way. there is minimal parking, racoons out at night, prostitution element at night due to the truckers and a lot of parks playground development."
