5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is the best school I had ever been to! I love/like all the teachers, students, and staff members throughout the entire school. I also like all the programs and culture of the people throughout the entire school. When I grow up, I would like to become a singer and an actress, and Fordham for the Arts offers the program and the opportunity for me as well as others to live our dreams. And as I said before, this is the best school ever!Student Review10y ago - Check out schools near 2640 Marion Avenue UNIT 5K.

"I don't live in this area myself, but my aunt has lived there for over 30 years and I visit her frequently, so I know quite a bit about the area. There are a lot of families and a few parks for kids, pets and space to throw outdoor parties. The parks are typically clean and the area is pretty quiet. there's many stores and places to buy any necessities. Overall a great place to live and raise a family. "

"Parents should know that their children are entitled to good schools. The city has money. All they need to know is to apply. Find bilingual school counselors. Otherwise, kids can be misguided & lost to illicit drugs or alcohol. Parents should stay in focus mode."

"2406 Webster Ave is horrible. They rent out the backyard for parties that go on weekdays and weeknights til 5am or 6am. They have complete disregard to the people who live here. Believe it or not, there are still some decent people who get up early to go to work. "
