    "It’s a very diverse friendly neighborhood with multiple parks for children to play in. There are a few schools in the are as well. From public to catholic schools. A con for the neighborhood is parking. This area is very close to the MTA 6 train where you can take a short 15 minute ride to the city. "

To get car parking is really difficult over here, especially at evening time. Rent is high over here. And if you want to buy a house or apartment; most of the time you have to pay a higher price than market..."

    "All in all the area is nice but there isn’t much scenery for the walker when it comes to walking your dog. There are a couple parks and patches of grass and whatnot but no place for you to really walk and just enjoy the time out with your 4 legged child."
