The Tahoe Village dues are $1188.40 annually which includes parking lot snow removal, cable TV, trash and the HOA pool and spa. The 360 Galaxy lane building dues are estimated to be $130 a month for a 1 bedroom and $220 for a 3 bedroom unit The Building HOA dues will include natural gas, snow removal, future exterior maintenance and fire insurance. Owners will pay for property taxes, electric and internet service. There are eight units in this building. Sale includes washer and dryer.
