Views, views, views! This wonderful and unique, 1 story multigenerational home sits on 10 acres and will not disappoint! With 9’ & 10’ ceilings and large windows throughout the home, the panoramic views of Spanish Springs, Mt. Rose and Peavine Mountain are hard to beat. In this 100 degree heat, invite your friends over for pool parties at the above ground pool surrounded by trex deck with plenty of space to lounge and enjoy your favorite beverage. The main residence has 2 master bedrooms, each with separate entrances and 2.5 baths. The main master has a walk-in closet, sauna and back deck with a hot tub. Separating the two residences is a small room with a closet that is currently used as an office and has been used as a nursery. The 2nd residence is 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths with a full kitchen, laundry, living and dining areas, separate entrance and back deck. The 2nd bedroom in the guest quarters has been converted from the 3rd garage bay into a bedroom and can easily be converted back. Seller is unaware if there are permits for this conversion. With some small modifications, this multigenerational home can be turned back into one 3079 sq ft, 4 bedroom home. If you have toys, the 1200 sq. ft shop located above the house has plenty of storage and even an RV door. Backing up to BLM land, privacy and tranquility is assured. A brand new well was installed in 2017. There are 2, 600 gallon water tanks located in the shop so there is always water on reserve.

"Sparks is like Reno, slightly quieter and not as run down. we still have everything they do. including events, fishing, concerts, movie theaters, and shopping outlets. depending on where you are located you might be able to even see both downtown Sparks, and Reno. as well the mountains and hills. I can tell you about all the crime, the homeless, the traffic.. which is clearly evident. but there is so much beauty as well.. wonderful architectural examples, and even parks and museums... "
