"I work from home so this does not apply to me. I have lived here 12 years now. Moving at the end of this month I don’t want to deal with snow anymore. It has built up a lot over the last decade and housing is expensive compared to employment opportunities and the roads and infrastructure did not anticipate this growth."

"Almost all commercial properties, such as stores and professional offices, are on the eastern edge of the Northwest, so most traffic into the actual neighborhood is personal. Also, there are sufficient commercial properties in the Northwest so that most necessary transactions do not require travel outside of the neighborhood."

"The area is very friendly. It has excellent amenities including a 9 hole par 3 golf course, an 18 hole 5 5tar Golf Country Club, tennis, swimming, exercise facilities, hiking and biking trails. It is as close to living in a resort without being in a resort. "

"Onerouis CC&Rs, but the result is an attractive, spotless residential area, no traffic to speak of. People are friendly, open and communicative. Lots of open space, but homesites are miniscule - great for those tired of weeding and lawn mowing! At 5200 ft, air is a bit thin, but no smog or pollution."
