"I have lived in this neighborhood for just over 2 years and love the atmosphere. During my Saturday morning runs I get to see amazing views of Vegas from the side walk. There is also a newly finished biking/walking trail that connects providence to south Summerlin without ever having to ride on busy roads. I’m happy with my choice of finding a home to raise my family here. "

"I have lived in this community for 5 years. It is very quiet and nice neighborhood. Since it was new development. Commute to groceries and shopping used to be little inconvenient. However with multiple new shopping areas have been developed, it gets only better by the day."

KnickerBocker Park, one of many parks in our area, has many community events through the yeast! It’s a great community with easy access to just about everything you need a quick drive to 3 local grocery stores/ shopping ... 15 mins to Summerlin Mall and the Golden Knights practice facility!! A little further gets you downtown to the strip! "
