What a value in the foothills EAST of Tramway!!! The sellers expected to live here a long time so they got every inspection they could think of including LBP, asbestos, radon, fireplace, ducts, pool, and mold...and they started their remodel only to be transferred. Sellers say that ALL repairs needed from these inspections have been completed. You can benefit from all this! Fantastic views of both city lights and mountain. Updated kitchen including quartz countertops, huge pantry. Updated electrical 200 amp panel. New roof with warranty. New carpeting throughout home. New pool cover. Screened porch makes wonderful exercise area, and that square footage is not included in the stated footage. Wonderful private pool. Walk-in accessible shower tub.

"I drive, but have had the unfortunate experience of having my vehicle stolen. This is not something the people of New Mexico are shocked about, the police and my coworkers all said welcome to ABQ when I told them. "

  • Tere Montao
"Sometimes dog owners don’t pick up their dogs mess for whatever reason. Seeing dog droppings isn’t common but unfortunately there’s those few bad lemons that just leave their dogs business behind. Unfortunately another issue is the dog barking that happens often with owners ignoring them all day. Again, not often that it happens but it does. "

"Albuquerque is just a bad place to live. I hope to god I can move to a normal state soon. The schools are 49th of not 50th in the nation, the crime rate rivals Detroit. It’s not a good place to raise a family "
