This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
This is a super clean one bedroom one bathroom casita home in a centennial adobe duplex between Old Town and Downtown Albuquerque.

It is less than 1/2 mile walk to Old Town and the museums and park, or in the other direction, the main library, clubs, restaurants, theaters, and shops. UNM and UNMH are less than two miles East on Lomas. Presbyterian Hospital is two miles East on Central -- a short bike or bus ride. It is just 0.7mi. to the bosque and the Rio Grande River, Tingley Beach Park, and the riverside path.

The floor is the old style dry-fit, red brick in the great room; the bedroom is carpeted. French doors, and four large clerestory windows make this place light and bright! If you are an artist or an aesthete you will love it. But it is small.

Fenced back yard space. Off-street parking. Security iron all around.

Tenant pays gas and electric. I pay water and solid waste bill. One year lease.

Good credit required, and excellent references. Application and damage deposit. Kindly include the name of your employer and your position with your inquiry. Also, Zillow won't let me see your Zillow online apps, so apologies for not responding to those. I can't see them. I need to verify employment/income before I schedule an appointment to see it.

If you have any questions or would like to come see it, please email me, call, or text.

"This is a super walkable area with easy access to parks, Old Town, stores, restaurants etc. I used to walk mine and friend's dogs all over. Generally it's quiet. Because of the 7/11 on the corner of Lomas and 12th, there can be food traffic and sometimes the occasional drunk, but in 15 years of leaving my office on Lomas late at night, I never had a problem. The trees in this neighborhood provide welcome shade in the summer, so take good care of them Albuquerque. "
  • Trulia User
"This downtown core neighborhood on the National Historic register and located midway between Downtown and Historic Old Town offers direct access to public transit, all major museums, theater venues, shopping and great restaurants and bars, and local craft beer brew pups One of the only truly walkable and bikeable neighborhoods in the city. Access to all of the venues mentioned above is available to pedestrian and bicycle options, all within less than .5 miles."
  • Trulia User
"This neighborhood between downtown and Old Town ABQ is fully up and coming. It is historic, well kept and friendly with a mature tree canopy and nearby walkable, bike able and transitable amenities that include shopping, schools, parks and tourist attractions such as the Bio Park and Old Town.
