3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWhen it comes to parents being involved in the child learning, they have zero say so. The principal will not hear you out. She will say it’s whatever the teacher wants to do in that classroom. When you make her aware, the child is falling behind it is not her problem nor her stuff she blames the parent.. I would absolutely never recommend the school.Other Review5mo ago - Harrison Middle School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOver my three years at Harrison Middle School, I've noticed that the teachers really do care about our well being and really do try to help out in any way possibly, but there really is a problem with the principles at the school. They aren't very involved with the teachers and don't do much to make sure our school is great. It seems like they were forced to work here and don't really care to make sure we succeed.Other Review8y ago - Rio Grande High School

The administration and teachers all work together for the good of the students and you can tell they are happy to be there! The lessons are engaging and the students seem to be happy to be learning.Parent Review2y ago - Nex Gen Academy

"My neighborhood is very safe for children, my neighbors have owned their home for years and everyone has 1/2 acre or more. Everyone knows everyone, there’s not a lot of houses for sale & not a lot of new people moving in. My kids can walk down the street and there’s not a lot of traffic. I love it because it’s so beautiful, there’s a lot of trees, and open land, horses, and wild rabbits! "

"I have lived in this neighborhood for the past 5 years and had the chance to see this area of the city grow while still being quite and rustic. its unique in that it is a farming community with some amazing neighbors that is still part of the city. it has old and new combined. most of my neighbors built their house in the 50's-70's and the original owners. there are tons of fields and pastures throughout this neighborhood. most people own various farm animals (cows, chickens, horses, sheep and goats) and are able to have a rustic lifestyle minutes from a metropolis.
