"I have lived in this area for almost thirty years. Easily accessible to Manhattan, Condominiums and Co-Ops on Boulevard East offer million dollar views to Manhattan at reasonable prices. This area is like a 6 borough to Manhattan. A quick bus or ferry ride will take you to mid town or Wall Street. Or hop on your car to the GW Bridge or the Lincoln and Holland Tunnels. Nearby on River Road is a blossoming shopping area filed with great shopping and restaurants."
