Description

MID-CENTURY MODERN at its finest! Sophistication abounds in this custom one level home in Lawrenceville. (Princeton address) Stunning white stucco exterior frames the gracious front entry, accented by quoins and mature plantings. Towering trees surround the house, and broad steps welcome you inside, where you find yourself in a spectacular marble-floored atrium, complete with skylight ceiling, raised built-in planters, and living trees. The atrium may prove to be one of your favorite spaces, as you can entertain large groups, or simply quietly play the piano. Natural light pours from above, and you can also view the beautiful back yard. Heaven on earth! All other rooms flow from the atrium. Spacious formal living room, dining room (having gorgeous built-in), and family room all have gleaming hardwood floors, as does the kitchen, with granite counters and stainless appliances. Many rooms have easy access to the terrace through window-walls of sliding glass doors. Primary bedroom has sybaritic bath with soaking tub and two walk-in closets. Two additional bedrooms and 1.5 baths complete the first floor. Professionally finished basement, with powder room, offers unlimited options. Brand new septic system just installed. Fireplace/chimney believed to work, being sold "as is".

"To get to bus station is a long , over populated area and the majority of people walk but a lot of cars in a very over populated and mixture of all kinds of people. Some very nice, and some very rude and feel they own the streets! I really hate Princeton and don’t recommend it. To get to train station is now a drive and to The Dinky is a longer walk than bus stop. And everything costs money, they built decks to make money and they also make you get permits to park. I was blessed enough to have a driveway where I was, but all in all: I rate it a good=25 & bad=75%-NOT VERY GOOD! Must rate Police & EMT IS A GOOD-100% -very fair and also courts are fair majority of time"
