"I've lived in this city for 15+ years, after moving from Harlem, NYC. It's a town full of "locals" (families who've been here for decades) with a suburban feel and city flair. Super convenient for transit or driving with easy access to major highways. Everything you can imagine -- parks, movies, restaurants, stores, malls, entertainment -- is within a 7-12 minute drive. Schools may leave something to be desired, but you get out what you put in: meaning the more involved you are locally the more favor you garner with people in general. Great place to start a business, raise a family (in a not too sheltered area) or work in the city while living in an upbeat community."

"It has an Urban and Suburban feel at the same time. I'm not interested in raising my kids in the Plainfield school system, which is why I'd like to relocate. Along with being closer to my place of Employment in Piscataway. "
