"This is a beach town that many people come to vacation. It’s a wonderful beach town with very friendly neighbors. The neighborhood is very clean. My family and I love it here. We thoroughly enjoy the summers here in OCNJ. I would love to bring my kids here when I have them so they can enjoy what I enjoyed as a kid. "

"Lots of dog lovers. Lots of people have dogs and most clean up after them. Some people walk dogs without leases which isn’t allowed. Sometimes you see people don’t pick up after their dogs . "

"Where I am on the island is extremely convenient to downtown, grocery store, public transportation, and the beach and bay! However, the commute to find gas is either half way down the island or across the bridge on the mainland. Overall great place to live!"

"I walk my dogs. I see other people and dogs on my walk. There is grass on the curb side, so your dog doesn’t go on people’s lawn. It is well lit at night and tree lined for shade."
