However, I would like for students to have a few extra minutes to get from class to class during the day. Most students haul all of their belongings from class to class because there is no time to go to lockers and make it to class or a bus on time. "Oakland is very conveniently located to Paramus and New york City but has a small rural town feel. Oakland is close to NJ highways but there is no need to travel out of Oakland for great restaurants or shopping. Ramapo State Park borders Oakland and Ramapo State College is 5 minutes away. "
