"Long Branch is a lovely beach town. It’s been developing more rapidly than I would like in the last decade or so, but overall it is a nice place to live."

"Schools are awful, as a former student at the age of 24 now I wished for years that my parents would take me out. Terrible kids, parents, town is not popular for kids or safe. "

"It’s not as convenient as NYC was. You’re food and delivery choice’s are extremely limited. The walkable is really bad since the City doesn’t really repair or monitor the sidewalks at least in West End Long Branch. It’s a very safe area though. I’m completely comfortable walking around at all hours."

"The town is extreme. In that, it seems difficult following any trends in Long Branch. You have the rich and poor at every other house, which is okay.. but lacking a middle ground. A LOT of tourists as well as new yorkers renting or owning summer properties half the year. A college town with a university! At best mediocre night life and entertainment. Terrible traffic. I grew up a few miles from here. It's congestion is ever growing but it's a good deal. Or is it? "

"This section of the Jersey shore is very safe and clean. We have a quaint little town only a 10min stroll away. Restaurants, shops and a supermarket. All summer long there are events in town like free concerts, car shows, etc. Our area is nicely integrated with hard working people and professionals"
