"I love living here, the neighborhood is very quiet the streets are very well maintained, we’ve got public transportation and very good entertainment places all around "

"The proximity to the beach is fantastic. We’re close to incredible food, decent shopping, and just a short drive or train ride from Asbury Park or Red Bank, and several other popular beach towns. People mostly keep to themselves, but not in a rude way. "

"Near pier village, close to the beach, family community, diverse and inclusive to all the community. Near the train easy access to the city. Lots of parks and has a volunteer first aid squad in the area. Near two hospitals. Good schools"

"It’s not as convenient as NYC was. You’re food and delivery choice’s are extremely limited. The walkable is really bad since the City doesn’t really repair or monitor the sidewalks at least in West End Long Branch. It’s a very safe area though. I’m completely comfortable walking around at all hours."

"very different sides of town and there's some high end development along the beach front. it's a beachfront resort town so parking is impossible in the summer "

  • Jonnygonz89
"The town is extreme. In that, it seems difficult following any trends in Long Branch. You have the rich and poor at every other house, which is okay.. but lacking a middle ground. A LOT of tourists as well as new yorkers renting or owning summer properties half the year. A college town with a university! At best mediocre night life and entertainment. Terrible traffic. I grew up a few miles from here. It's congestion is ever growing but it's a good deal. Or is it? "
