    "I used to live around tht area and is awesome I hv a cat and back then I had a dog and ppl were and are clean with the area,there's a farmers market very close to tht place, the neighborhood is nice and the police are always checking the ares ,very nice place to go back and live there, now I hv section 8 and I prey thy accepted because the rent is guaranteed and my is state section 8,am very hopeful in getting this apt ,amen🙏🙏great place to live in 🥰"

    "unless in Jersey City my whole life I'm born and raised on Grand Street 4 westervelt in Jersey City New Jersey I love the area I'm familiar with all the neighbors they're very friendly they've ever respectful I never had a problem in that area growing up as a child and I'm 42 years old today today and I just love the place I love your place"

But, need more affordable apartments for people who earn less than $50,000 per year. Not everyone is earning over that, unless working TOP jobs. Most people are Blue Collar workers at least 70%"

It's a welcome break from the energy of NYC but only a short distance via the PATH. Great place to unwind at the end of a long day, so many little getaways and places to hang out on the weekend."
