"Once a thriving middle class factory neighborhood, the waterfront area has become out of the league area for those longtime residents who built this neighborhood. Forcing the families who made the waterfront home for many years to leave in an exodus fashion. Gentrification at its finest. Good or bad: I don’t know but I’m considering about leaving to other more affordable neighborhood 😦"
