"This area is right in the middle of everything. Manhattan Theatre District is 15 mins via the Lincoln Tunnel. Bus stops to PATH to midtown Manhattan or World Trade... bus stop toPort Authority/Manhattan within 2 blocks. Washington Street Resturants minutes away and the neiborhood eats (10th & Willow!!) Outstanding. WHY did I move to Jersey City!!! Even if it is 1/4 less rent. I now need to walk through "shaddy" streets to public transit... a few neiborhood eats and NO Shopping unless you go to a sketchy mall."
