I wanted my child to start school in an environment that’s suitable for her and easy for her to adapt to and she has loved going here from the beginning. Now she’s graduating from Kindergarten this year moving up to another school. This was the perfect starting point. The neighborhood is safe as well. I love the staff at wahlstrom. The security guard does a wonderful job at keeping the kids safe and making sure everyone is good. If you’re nervous about getting your young one into a safe trustworthy school environment, enroll them into Wahlstrom. Every school has their problems and Patrick Healy doesn’t have the issues they used to. The staff seems to work very hard nowadays to improve the school’s environment for the kids. "This area of East Orange boarders Bloomfield and Glen Ridge. We are an extended family and watch out for intruders and unwanted activity. Additionally, we enjoy duel cover by both Bloomfield and East Orange police and fire departments. The area is also pet-friendly and everyone takes the to clean up after their pets. We are walking distance to Wassusing Park and downtown Bloomfield Center. Also, we are walking distance to major Bus Stops and Rail Stations and less than a mile from the Garden State Parkway."
