"That rentals around here don’t all except dogs😳and if they do have the audacity to ask for a down or some greedy landlords ask for a monthly fee. That most folks do listen when you say my dog bites😊 That some business will except pets outside restaurants to eat along side their owners. 😉"

"Chatham is a really wonderful town, well run and with responsive city employees, great recycling and trash pick up policies. The residents are smart and pleasant, rangeing from CEO's to tradespeople. The neighborhood is calm and filled with handsome houses. 45" from 175 Hillside to Lincoln Center for concerts! Lovely rural parks along the river, elegant estates at the end of the street in one direction, great library and 2-4 star restaurants in the other. I recommend the Chatham Community Players, an excellent theater group."
