"My neighborhood does nothing. No one is friendly and I barely know anyone. Everyone keeps to themselves. People barely even wave. I can’t wait to move."

"The parks are dirty. The school teachers and staff are great but the parents and the way the are raising their children is ruining it. Kids smoking, cursing, bullying, and people drinking and doing drugs in the parks selling drugs on the corners. Im working on getting my children and myself out of here! "

"I’ve lived here for two years, moved from North Jersey to have a better area to raise my children. It was ok at first, now it’s just mediocre but it’s not where I came from which is a plus. You need a car to get around definitely but there’s plenty of places to go and a lot of walking areas. The rent is so high around here if you were a renter tho. And there’s a lot of foreclosures happening."

"A lot of friendly dogs being walked by friendly neighbors for the most part. It’s a healthy space and place for a dog to grow up"

"I've lived here for five years, and when I first moved here I loved it, but over the years the people that were good people left the area and more and more bad things have been happening. I love living here for the riverfront and park by the riverfront and the vents the city has all year long. I always live the transportation they also have near by and the walking distance to the stores and schools is great. The schools are not that great but the teachers are awesome! I would love for the criminal activity to stop so it could go back to the way it used to be, I won't even let my kids outside anymore and when we do go out its only to the riverfront to walk."

"I have lived in New Jersey all my life. I have lived in 17 or so towns in this has to be one of the poorest. Can not walk out on High Street (main street in Burlington City) with out a bum asking for money or a smoke. They made a dress code in the public schools because of the gang problems. I would not recommend any one to raise there kids in Burlington City. "
