Heat and water are included in the rent. Tenant pays for electric. No smoking and no pets.

The apartment is in a private residence. It is suitable for a single tenant, who can qualify with a background and credit check, personal references, and verification of current employment.

IMPORTANT: Please read the following:

We screen potential renters to be sure that expectations are set correctly before consideration. Rent is structured as $12000.00 per 6 months, paid in $2000 increments each month.
