    "The area is crime ridden with unsupervised children roaming the streets at all hours of the day and night. This home, though quite nice for the price, is very close to Lafayette Street, which is perceivably the worst area in Rochester. The police may patrol the area occasionally, however do not expect a speedy response if calling in an emergency. I wish I could have given a better rating, but due to the aforementioned, it is impossible to do so. Good luck to whomever decides to pursue renting this property. "

    "I lived at this address in the late 80's when it was a condo. Lafayette St. is a terrible neighborhood and I certainly wouldn't recommend it for children or adults who are looking for a family environment."
