"This place has roaches trash can in hallways make the entire hall smell maintenance men live at property and still doesn’t do there jobs in the winter you have to shovel your own self out of parking lot. Very good neighborhood and the people are friendly. Just terrible living conditions "

"Traffic is not bad. Every easy to get across different parts of the Omaha area. Takes about 10 minutes to get downtown from the Morton Meadows neighborhood. "

"potlucks and get togethers are approximately every 2 months. it would be nice to have more of them. we do try to clean up the neighborhood together as a group although some months it just doesn't work out I like living here everybody watches out for each other"
