    "Drive down the street in the evening. You'll see neighbors outside talking with each other while their dogs play together, kids riding their bikes, joggers, and other great elements. There is a great park in the neighborhood and a wonderful elementary school at the end of the street. Everybody is friendly, easy to talk to, and willing to help each other out. Great neighborhood!"
