"Clean and quiet. It is far from town but we have lots of the essential stores near by. Walking trails are all around and people use them frequently. Nice parks and playgrounds. There are ponds for fishing as well. Traffic in peak driving hours is not terrible but you will definitely need to give yourself an extra 10 minutes or so. Overall we love living here and we stay because of all of the nice qualities that this area has to offer. If you are looking for something close to the highway or interstate you should look elsewhere because this place is definitely not that. "

Majority of people stay in their own space and mind their own business which is what I like the most about this neighborhood. Also it is kid friendly between playing outside or offering to make money mowing lawns kids are very active in the neighborhood. "
