N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThey don't communicate with the parents in a professional manner. I am a parent who is concerned and strict when it comes to education. When you ask questions they give you short answers like yes or no. I hate this school. My son tell me every night and morning that he don't like this school.Parent Review8y ago - South Central High School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is sub-par and really demonstrates lack of regard for student success. Students are passed along without any follow-up from the teachers. It's difficult to get in contact with the teachers to get more information about the assignments and due dates. When students fail, or at risk of failing, the teachers will curve their grades, which leaves parents in the dark with their child's status.Grades are not updated on a regular basis and students are assigned homework with out covering the materials in class. Guidance counselors do not care, and show very little regard for student success as well. Calling the principal or the superintendent doesn't help either. Voicemails, emails and other communications will fall of death's ear. It's very unfortunate there aren't a lot of public school options in this area. I'm not surprise to see the low ratings for college admissions from this school. Education nor student success is a priority here. If you're moving to this area with high schoolers, you may want to consider home school or private school.Parent Review1y ago - Check out schools near 3320 Landmark Street UNIT C-7.

"This neighborhood is is easy access to local restaurants and amenities. The city has great colleges with top notch educators. For the most part this neighborhood is safe and quiet. However, I wish that neighbors would not let their dogs run off the leash. This is an accident waiting to happen."

"Beautiful neighborhood in the dead center of Greenville. It’s a great location because you’re near everything… but you’re also surrounded by the busiest roads county. If you buy a house here, make sure you aren’t on the main entrance and exit roads.. otherwise you’ll always have cars flying by your house "

"I have been here for thee years and I love the neighborhood. People are friendly and watch out for each other. I had a lost cat and a lot of my neighbors were out looking for her. It is a great place to walk or ride your bike. We are close to several grocery stores, shopping and the mall. There are many great restaurants close by. "

"I lived in this area for a little over 3 years. The area was mostly quiet, although gunshots and fights would break out occasionally at various apartment complexes in the area. We liked being close to the greenway and the dog park, but college kids don't keep their dogs on leashes and it resulted in my dog and I being attacked several times (she was unharmed each time luckily). This area is a low-cost living area to get your foot in the door until you can get something better. Dog owners be wary of apartments close by and college-aged kids with dogs. "

"What commute? Lynndale is dead center in the middle of the city. Since Greenville is still a 15-minute city on her busiest days, that puts you 15 minutes away from everything, even on Black Friday."

"My commute is reasonable. I avoid running errands during school dismissal and around 5:00. I chose this neighborhood in order to be close to St. Peter."
