This 2 br 1 ba home needs very little work less than $10K in repairs. The most repair work is need in the bathtub area. Much of the house is hardwoods with wood paneling throughout the home. The outside shutters will need to be replaced and the is a small section on the hardwoods that will need a little work as far as refinishing. The roof is in excellent shape and the gas pack is about 10 years old but works just fine. The house has two fireplaces. The tax value on this home is $84,773 and its a great investment at an asking price of $48,500 FIRM! If you can close quickly I may throw in the refrigerator and stove that are only a couple of years old.
