I can walk everywhere from where I live. we have free big screen outside movies. live bands. animal friendly community. easy commute to raleigh, garner,smithfield, and durham. traffic is a little hectic around 5 PM but hands down a great place to live."

Privacy fencing widely used by many neighbors in my development. I hear there is a dog park not too far. Numerous reputable veterinarians and groomers available through the community."
