Most teachers just hang out talking or don’t do their jobs but the substitute teachers can address solutions or problems when something is wrong and can discipline the kids. Not one staff member asked if you have ever been to the school or how appreciative you are of subbing/being there today. I highly recommend NOT attending this school for anyone who ever is looking for an elementary school.
