"They love it they don’t have no problems with the area you can walk you animals without being distracted. They keep there dogs chained up and we don’t have to worry about being harmed"

"Racism is popular in this area you have NO privacy at all and people just walks in your yard unannounced and only certain types of dogs are allowed on neighborhood ughhhhh I hate it here "

"being on the water, watching the pelicans, sunrise and sunsets and I do have some great neighbors. it's quiet and the streets are clean minus the potholes. "

"No public transportation. You need to own a car to get around. If you don’t own a car, then you have to walk or ride a bike or know someone with a car to get around. I live 8 miles outside of town. A Dollar General store just opened about a mile and a half from me. That is the closest store. Everything else is 5 or more miles away. The nearest Walmart or department store is about 13 miles away."
